Based around the Braintree in Essex and better known as Essex House Clearances, we offer property clearance services across most parts of Essex and also parts of neighbouring Suffolk, such as Sudbury. We can also consider bookings in other parts of the UK subject to individual agreement.
Our home area includes most of Essex and parts of Suffolk in a rough territory that includes Brentwood, Billericay, Wickford, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon, Chelmsford, Witham, Tiptree, Colchester, Sudbury, Halstead, Braintree, Finchingfield, Great Dunmow, Chipping Ongar and all surrounding towns.
Due to the number of bookings we receive, while we can sometimes accept small requests to remove individual pieces of furniture – for example we often get asked to remove an unwanted bed or fridge – it’s fair to say that priority is always given to full property clearance requests.
