Please note we may not be able to reply immediately during working hours as we’re often out of the office working in customers’ properties. Once we have your request, we’ll call you as soon as we can to discuss your needs further and arrange a brief visit to look at the property and the items that need clearing. In order to provide a quote we organise a quick assessment visit to the property, to allow us to asses exactly what work is involed and what items we need to clear. As a general rule, most assessments take no more than 15-20 minutes. If you’re unable to be present, we’re happy to liase with your agent or keyholders to access the property. Once we’ve seen the work involved, we’ll give you a simple no-obligation quote. As a general rule, once a quote has been accepted, clearances can be organised with only 5-6 working days’ notice.
